Embrace Community is a weekday program for adults with disabilities in the Middle Tennessee region.
Our goal is to enrich the lives of those impacted by disability by fostering community through recreational and leisure activities.
Embrace Community Registration is now closed.
Registration will open on July 13th. Please note, this is not on a first-come, first-served basis. We will review all applications and contact you by mid-August if you are accepted into the program.

Embrace Community
Schedule
- Embrace Community is a partial day program for adults with disabilities hosted at the Rowen Glenn Center on the Brentwood Baptist Church Campus.
- Attendance options:
- Mondays + Wednesdays | 10 AM–1 PM
- Tuesdays + Thursdays | 10 AM–1 PM
- Our typical school year runs from September to April, with occasional holiday breaks.
Activities
We offer a variety of community and enrichment classes for our students.
- A typical semester includes classes such as dance, fitness, ceramics, music, social club, walking club, photography, etc.
- Each day, students rotate through three 45–minute classes and end the day with a group lunch (packed from home).
- Embrace Community staff work with students to provide accommodations and modification to meet each student’s unique needs for meaningful participation.
