We may not be called to Foster or Adopt,
but we are all called to care!
Brentwood Baptist Church’s Foster and Adoption Ministry (FAM) walks with individuals, families, children, and organizations as they seek to care well for children in need. In some cases that means opening you heart and home, while in other cases it may mean providing and being the support system, someone needs. Regardless of where you may see your next steps, there is a place for you in the FAM.

To obey God’s call to care for orphaned, abandoned, and vulnerable children, and to connect, equip, and walk with families who have or are adopting, fostering, or providing short-term care for children.
We want every vulnerable child to experience Christ’s Love through Healthy Families.
We serve foster and adoptive families, vulnerable children, and birth families in the Middle Tennessee Community.
We help existing/prospective Foster and Adoptive families find Community.
We provide families with the resources they need.
We walk with families in their journey by providing WRAP Around Care.
WRAP is a tool that helps mobilize The Church to reflect Jesus to children in hard places and the families who care for them. There are four primary ways our church can serve these children and the families who have welcomed them into their home:
Text, call, and write letters of encouragement to families who are fostering children.
Give foster families respite through acts of babysitting, taking children out for playdates, and more.
Providing meals, helping with housework, lawn care, and more.
Spending time in intentional prayer for the family and all involved in the child’s life.
