Summer 2026 – Lakyn C

This summer, I am so excited to be heading to Kenya as a missions intern with Every Girl Counts. The Lord’s timing for this trip could not be more perfect. One of EGC’s team members will be welcoming a new baby, and I have the incredible opportunity to step in and serve while she is on maternity leave.

During my time there, I will be working closely with the girls—leading Bible studies, doing home visits, and most importantly, building relationships and loving them well. I am so grateful for the chance to be part of what God is doing through this ministry.

I would love your prayers as I go.

Please pray for boldness and wisdom as I share God’s love, and for every person I have the chance to connect with.

Pray especially for the girls supported by Every Girl Counts and for the amazing team in Kenya who faithfully pour into them each day and shine the light of Christ.
