What is Mission 615? It’s a local mission experience that allows our middle school students to see the needs in our own area code and respond in Christ-like love. Students who have completed grades 6-8 are invited to join us June 3-5 to make a real difference in Nashville through service projects at Cultivate, Nursing Homes, and immersive cultural experiences. Space is limited.

COST & REGISTRATION

Student Cost: $115 | $25 Deposit due with Registration

Adult Cost: $40

Cost includes transportation and lunch for your student.

Registration for Mission615 is done through Brentwood’s Focus Mission program.

Are you interested in leading students at Mission 615? We would love to have you join us! We need leaders willing to help lead students in serving and in a small group setting, as well as adults comfortable driving a 12-passenger van.

PARENT MEETING

Sunday, May 19 | 4:00 – 4:30 PM | Hudson Hall | Brentwood Campus

• During this meeting, we’ll share details about the journey and what your student can expect. This will also be an opportunity for you to make final payments and turn in any required documents ahead of check-in!

REQUIRED FORMS

Please complete and turn in the following digital forms no later than May 27^th.

REQUIRED FOR EACH STUDENT or LEADER is required to attend. We’re in a new year, which means a new release form, and we’ve gone digital. Please complete the 2024 digital Medical Release Form & email a front/back copy of your insurance card. You can email copies of insurance cards to Anna Brackins at [email protected]. Please turn all required paperwork into the student ministry offices as soon as you can.

• A copy of your insurance card (this can be emailed to Anna Brackins at [email protected]).

OTHER FORMS:

• 2024 Medication Form – if your student has medication. If needed, please print and turn in to the nurse at check-in on June 3rd.
• 2024 EPIPEN Form – if your student has an EPIPEN is this form required. If needed, please print and turn in to the nurse at check-in on June 3rd .
• 2024 DIGITAL Time Away – if your student will be arriving late or leaving early from Mission615. This form is due to student ministry office no later than Monday, May 27.

TO PAY REMAINING BALANCE:

• If you need to pay your remaining balance, you will go to https://brentwood.gomethod.app/login and log into the GoMethod account you created when registering for Mission615. There you will see events you are registered for on GoMethod. Click on Mission615 and there will be a button that says funding/ pay remaining balance. You will pay your remaining there. Let us know if you have any questions!

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel, please notify the student ministry office as soon as possible at 615-324-6126 or [email protected]. Due to trip cost already incurred, there will be no refunds for cancellations* after registration closes on May 27, except under special circumstances as determined by the ministers.

*Does not apply to extenuating circumstances, such as death of a family member, COVID required quarantine/sickness or other physical illness.
