SET-UP CHAMPIONS
9 am to 12 pm
Help to prepare and set up our day. You will help to get the right supplies in the right areas for a fun filled day. Most tents, tables and chairs will be set up for us but there will be some moving and lifting to get things in the right spaces.
SERVING CENTER SERVANTS
12:00 – 4:00 pm
These volunteers will lead in two areas set up for families to participate in (Packing Spring/Summer Bags for themselves and others and Assembling food bags that will be distributed to local ministries.)
GAME CENTRAL SUPPORT
12:00 – 4:00 pm
There will be many places to bounce and kick balls as well as spaces for kids to bounce and run obstacles. We need people that love these activities to help in all of these areas.
CRAFT, SCIENCE, BUILDING, ART, GARDENING VOLUNTEERS
12:00 – 4:00 pm
We will have station set up where kids and families can learn how to do something new and engaging. These stations are meant to be fun and interactive. You do not have to be an expert but if you enjoy diving in a little deeper this may be just for you!
PRAYER CHAMPIONS
12:00 – 4:00 pm
We will have prayer stations set-up for people to interact with those that may have prayer needs. Those volunteering in these areas may also prayer walk the event throughout the day.
WELCOME WAGON VOLUNTTERS
9 am to 12 pm
These volunteers will be the first point of contact for those coming. You will have a couple of things to give to the families as they arrive so they can navigate full experience of the day. Smiling faces much appreciated.
FLOATERS
12:00 – 4:00 pm
Are you the person that says just plug me in!!! Than we need you. There will be spots that need help or temporary breaks and floaters are willing to jump in as needed.
SERVERS – FOOD AROUND THE WORLD
12:00 – 4:00 pm
These Volunteers will serve samples of food from around the world to those coming through a food line.
TEAR DOWN CHAMPIONS
3:00 – 5:00 pm
Help to as we complete our day at Plaza. This will include helping people as they complete and pack up their stations, as well as, getting things where they need to go in order to leave well. This team ties the bow onto the end of a wonderful day!
