Summer Camp registration will open March 23 at 5:00 PM for Grades 6-12 (Completed by June 2022)
ALL CAMPUSES

We’ll travel on 55-passenger buses to Hardin, KY to Jonathan Creek Camps for 4 days and 3 nights of fun, worship, studying God’s Word, and more! Our lodging will be in rooms that are separated by gender and grade.

*Early Bird Pricing for the first 40 registrations have all been used.

Cost includes lodging, transportation, all meals at camp, camp t-shirt, and activities at camp.

*Please note deposit of $100 is due at time of registration to secure a spot. Also, you will be able to make multiple credit card or debit card payments toward your student’s Summer Camp trip. After registering you can log in to User Tools, click on the My Purchase History, then click on the Invoice for Summer Camp to make a payment.

Because of renovations, we would love to ask you to park around the building outside of Wilson Hall and come into the building through Door C.

We’ll walk through the camp schedule, POI options (formerly known as track times), Bible Study, and collect all final payment and required documents at this meeting.

Please download (under Important Documents on the right), complete, and turn in the following forms to your campus student ministry office no later than the parent meeting on Wednesday, June 8th.

REQUIRED FOR EACH STUDENT or LEADER:

  •     Brentwood Baptist Church Student Medical Release (NOTARY required)
    –or–
  •     Brentwood Baptist Church Adult Medical Release
  •     Jonathan Creek Digital Release Form (You must register for an account to complete the required J. Creek release form). See steps below:
    • To Register for an account:
      • Click “Register for an account”
      • Once you register, it will say “Registration Successful” and will ask you to check your email to confirm.
      • Go to email and confirm your email.
      • After you confirm your email, it will say “login now”, but do not log in from this link. You need to go back to the original J. Creek website. *If it asks for a code, it is 36p38jf
      • Click HERE to go back to the original J. Creek website.
      • Click “Log in” and input your account credentials
      • See steps below to complete J. Creek form
    • To complete the digital J. Creek Form (if you have not registered for an account, see steps above):
      • After you log in, it will say “Great, we found your event! Just a few more steps…”
      • Click “Next steps” button at the bottom
      • Click “Add a new participant”
      • Complete all steps until you see the message “Registration Completed”

OTHER FORMS:

  •   2022 Medication Form – if your student has medication. Due at check-in June 17.
  •   2022 EPIPEN Form – if your student has an EPIPEN is this form required. Due at check-in June 17.
  •   2022 Time Away – if your student will not be taking church provided transportation, will arriving late to camp, or leaving early from camp. Due no later than Monday, June 13.

We will be collecting paperwork on the following date in the Connection Center (Brentwood Campus) with a notary available:

**Paperwork can be turned in before June 17 to your campus Student Ministry office.**

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

If you find you need to cancel, please notify Anna Brackins-Gilmore in the Student Ministry as soon as possible at 615-324-6126 or [email protected] Before Friday, June 10, you will receive a full refund. After June 10, the deposit is non-refundable (except in circumstances such as the death of a family member or physical illness). This is due to trip costs already incurred.
