Snowball Girl’s Retreat 2024

Calling all middle school and high school girls in grades 6-12!

Snowball, our annual girls retreat, is coming up and it’s going to look a little different this year! Join us on January 27-28 at Camp Widjiwagan for a time of discipleship, worship, and some exciting, unique experiences designed for girls by girls.

Registration opens on Monday, December 4th at noon and it will close on Friday, January 19, 2024 at MIDNIGHT.

**If your student registers by December 17th, they will receive a FREE sweatshirt**

STUDENT COST: $170
Required Deposit: $50. To pay the deposit only: select “$50.00 (Deposit)” in drop down menu on registration form.

• If you are an adult leader who would like to serve at Snowball, please complete the following online registration form. Background Checks + MinistrySafe training are REQUIRED for any leader serving at Snowball. If you do not have a background check or MinistrySafe training currently on file, the Student Office will contact you via email! ALL required paperwork are available to complete digitally under Required Documents.

–Medication Form (If needed – physical copy must be turned into the nurse at check-in)
-EpiPen Form (If needed – physical copy must be turned into the nurse at check-in)

**Paperwork is DIGITAL but we will still require physical copies of medication forms and epi-pen forms to be turned in. No notary is required for our new medical release forms**

CANCELLATION – REFUND POLICY

If you find you need to cancel or have any questions, please notify your campus Student Minister as soon as possible (see contact information below). Before Monday, January 15, 2024, you will receive a full refund. After January 15, 2024, the deposit is non-refundable (except in circumstances such as the death of a family member or physical illness). This is due to trip costs already incurred.
