SENIOR STAY 2023
12th Grade Completed
Space is limited & registration DEADLINE Thursday, June 15.
COST: $75
This cost includes lodging, transportation, and all meals. Students will need to bring extra funds to cover other meals and anything extra (approx. $50)
The 2023 seniors will be staying behind after Summer Camp and staying one extra day! This will be a time to celebrate all that God has done in their life through Brentwood Baptist, take a look at the next steps in their faith journey, and of course have some relaxation on the lake! We’ll lodge at a few cabins in Gilbertsville, KY and travel in 15-passenger vans.

REQUIRED FORMS (all required forms are due no later than THURSDAY, JUNE 15th):
**Parents must sign the permission form even if student is 18 years old**
APPLICATION & CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY
Spots are limited for Senior Stay. An application, permission form and full balance must be paid and submitted for application approval. If spots fill up and you have paid the full balance prior to June 15, your student will receive a full refund by July 1, 2023.
Due to trip cost already incurred, there will be no refunds for cancellations after THURSDAY, June 15 when the application form closes except under special circumstances as determined by the ministers.
